南桥商户 south 的特殊教学计划约定人工审查 45 天窗口。该约定只属于 south，不适用于 qinghe。两家商户即使出售相同商品，也不能共享未授权协议。北侧青禾用户搜索“45 天退款”不应返回本页。

本毕业项目的自动金额执行器只实现青禾 30 天规则，不实现南桥专属退款。南桥客户可以查询自己的订单与本协议，但涉及实际模拟退款时需人工处理，不得直接套用青禾的计算与审批结果。
